There is something to be said about fessing up when things go wrong (not months later). I had a home built in Atlanta a few years ago, and a couple weeks before closing, they realized they didn't have enough room to bring the driveway past the house on the right, but they did on the left. All of those months of visualizing it and planing the landscaping....made it hard to swallow. It was a similar situation. Early on I asked one of the higher level workers if they are sure there is enough room...and I got the "don't worry" answer! It ended up working out for the better, but it did irritate me for a few weeks. Maybe you could make an orchid garden/ sitting area in that space now?! I saw one with a small water element (fountain) once that was very soothing. I'm sure you'll come up with something our of this situation. It could end up serendipitous.... I was given 8 days notice that the laws were changing, and the amounts required more than doubling! My friends and I were all desperately trying to get our documents in order, but it was impossible to get it done in 9 days!! We all tried so hard, it was going on for months and months, then suddenly a deadline of a few days. Our Lawyers didn't know anything about the Pension Visa changing, how did the writer of this article know???? I would love to know the answer!
