Last Friday’s Ottawa Citizen had a great article on Panama. A young woman visited Panama alone and found great people, an island paradise, and beautiful mountains covered with lush rain forest. She chose her destinations very wisely to make the best of her short two week trip and her account gives you a nice feel for what Panama has to offer.
