If you find the way Dubya is fighting "The War On Ter-r" (TWOT for short) a bit confusing, you're not alone. Most sane people do. Even Reagan Conservatives and Democrats realize his "strategery" is akin to FDR responding to the bombing of Pearl Harbor by invading China. It doesn't make any sense...Unless you follow the money!
