Second lot in Altos del Maria

Back in May when we last were in Altos del Maria, Panama for a vacation, we took the opportunity to buy a second lot. This one had just been reposessed by the developper and we got a decent deal on it. It is in Toscana, one of the more established neighbourhoods of Altos, and it has a gorgeous view. We bought it as an investment and we will eventually build a house on it for resale purposes. Existing houses currently sell for 50-80% more than they cost to build!
