Panama Update

I have not provided any updates in some time, but things are progressing well, albeit slowly! Our blueprints are nearly complete with only a few small changes remaining to be done. We whould be sending them to a couple of builders in a week or two and will hopefully receive bids by the end of August. Hopefully some excavation work will start in September but given that October and November are the wettest months of the year, we don’t expect that much building activity will happen before December. The house is quite complex and we expect that it will take over a year to build. So hopefully it will be in move-in condition in early 2009.
