Microsoft Buying aQuantive

Yesterday was a good day. Microsoft announced they were buying aQuantive, a company I worked for before it went public in 2000.
This Company had quite a roller coaster ride. When we went public at the height of the dotcom boom, we were looking for $8-10 a share, and the stock shot up to $89 on the first day. Then the dotcom crash happened and it went down to about $35. Then 9/11 happened and it went down to around $8. It actually got all the way down to 68 cents at some point, then clawed its way back up to around $10 where it stayed for a long time. Over the last 3 years it had seen a very good run, going all the way back up to $32 last week, and I was getting ready to sell it. Then Microsoft’s announcement came up yesterday, and they are paying $66.50 a share!!!
This was very good news indeed.
