Well they finally apologized to me today, but only after they received my ePayment. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they forwarded my comments to management. Somehow I doubt anything will change.

I’ve never been impressed with Rogers’ customer service, which is at best mediocre, but now they are really pissing me off. I go away for a few weeks and when I get back home, I have three envelopes from them. The first one says that I am late paying my $122 bill. OK, I forgot [...]

Over the last two days we saw several El Valle properties. One thing that is clear is that there are no real-estate developments within El Valle, but there are many existing 1/2 acre lots, and a few bigger ones, some with existing houses. We saw one brand new and very well-built house that we liked [...]

Today we arrived in El Valle, and oh what a beautiful place! El Valle is nestled into the 5km wide crater that was left when a huge volcano exploded 3 million years ago. This created a beautiful and very lush valley that is surrounded by a rim of very steep mountains: the remains of the [...]

If you are wondering why I haven’t posted any pictures yet, it’s because I forgot to bring a card reader or USB cable with me! I will have to post pictures when I get back home.
Today we quickly visited Penonome a bustling little town which is most famous for the traditional Panama hats. We crossed [...]
